The Property Manager uses Ancillary Fees to facilitate things including, but not limited to, turnovers between Stays; provision of Guest supplies including linen replenishment; condiment restocking; bathroom supplies restocking; provision of dynamic pricing; damage waivers; early check ins/late check outs; baby products, such as cots or high chairs; dog cleaning charges; additional in-stay cleans requested by Guests; and card processing costs. As these costs are incurred directly by the Property Manager in the course of delivering the Services they are charged to the Guest and not the Property Owner. 6.7          Any subsequent Property Owner Disbursements shall be paid into the Property Owner’s designated bank account no later than the 14th day of the calendar month immediately following the month in which the relevant monies are received by the Property Manager or, where such day is not a Business Day, payment shall be made on the following Business Day.

6.8          Any bank transfer fees, charges or costs incurred in making payments to the Property Owner including, but not limited to, international transfer fees, intermediary or receiving bank charges, and currency conversion costs, shall be deducted from the amounts otherwise payable to the Property Owner.

6.9           The cancellation of a booking by a Guest does not release the Property Owner from the obligation to pay the Commission.

6.10        Without prejudice to any other right or remedy that the Property Manager may have, if the Property Owner fails to pay the Property Manager any sum due under this Agreement by the due date:

6.10.1         the Property Owner shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment. Interest under this clause 6.8.1 will accrue each day at 5% a year above the Bank of England base rate from time to time, but at 5% a year for any period when that base rate is below 0%; and

6.10.2         the Property Manager may suspend all or part of the Services until payment has been made in full.

6.11        All sums payable to the Property Manager under this Agreement be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (other than any deduction or withholding of tax as required by law).
