Jordan has worked in property letting for over a decade between Edinburgh and St Andrews and founded the business in 2018.

He is passionate about property and loves to meet owners and discuss their plans. When he is not walking, talking, sleeping property he can be found in the skies over Fife in a Cessna or walking the West Sands with wife Gemma and their twins Harry and Penny.

Natalie has been with us since 2019 and is passionate about guest satisfaction. She lives in the East Neuk and knows everything there is to know in the property industry with her strong family ties. She heads up our teams in the business with a special interest in Reservations and Client Services at St Andrews Property Co. When Natalie is not working, she’s been known to go swimming in the freezing North Sea and partake in the odd bingo night!

Louise has vast experience in the lettings industry having worked with Bradbourne & Co for over a decade, before which she was a bank manager. When it comes to all things accounts and finance, Louise is our expert.

Louise has lived in St Andrews for over 30 years and knows it inside out.

Isla has been active in the St Andrews property market for over a decade with various letting agencies in town, most recently joining us from DJ Alexander. Isla is a fitness buff and you will often find her running outdoor mud-covered races at weekends.

Rachel has been with us since 2019 and knows the East Neuk property market like no other. Years of experience both with St Andrews Property Co and previous work has given Rachel a unique knowledge of the workings of the North East Fife short term let market. Rachel has a law degree and several horses, which keep her busy in her free time.

Emma joined us in 2022 to keep everything running smoothly in the office. Emma has lots of experience in the hospitality industry and is likely the first person you will speak to when you call us.

When Emma is not working, she loves walking her dog with her partner and toddler.

Lisa is our newest member of the team, joining us in 2024 to keep everything running smoothly in the office. Lisa is likely the first person you will speak to when you call us.

Emma has a great deal of experience in the operational side of the short term let industry, having run her own agency in Anstruther and the housekeeping operations of The Fairmont in St Andrews.

Emma always has lots of good ideas and her can do attitude ensures our operations run smoothly.

Dayle joined us in 2020 with a great deal of experience in busy and fast-paced work environments. and is part of our operations team.

When Dayle is not working, she spends time with her daughter and family.

Gary heads up our Maintenance team and has been with us since 2022. Gary is from the Guernsey and worked in the prison service for a number of years.

Neill runs our Maintenance team with Gary and has been with us since 2022. Neill keeps himself busy outside of work with two beloved German Shepherds.
