The property was a long time student let and was run down, poorly laid out and in need of some general TLC.
The owner wished to take advantage of the buoyant “staycation” holiday let market and commissioned us to refurbish the property for holiday let use.
As our client lived in France, we remotely detailed a plan and timeline to make the necessary improvements to the property. Our team stripped out the old kitchen to convert to a new bedroom; installed a new boiler and flue; fixed and re-carpeted over the old wobbly floorboards; installed a new kitchen in the large living area; formed new bespoke bunk beds to make the most of the small space; supplied and installed the beds and furniture; formed a window seat; and fully decorated.
