  • How will the keys be handed to us?

  • Please detail how to access your property. If we are installing a key box, please detail the preferred location to install it.
  • Please describe the possible bed configurations for each bedroom eg Bedroom 1 (upstairs left) has a double that can be split into twins, or 4 bedrooms, all doubles.
  • Please explain in as much detail as you can how the heating/hot water works, and anything we need to know to restore it should it fail. Please specify exact locations in your property for any taps, pressure levers, etc.
  • Do you have a preferred plumbing and heating tradesperson you wish to attend to any plumbing/heating issues? Please list their name and contact number if so.
  • Please explain in as much detail as you can how where the water shut off tap is.
  • Please explain in as much detail as you can how where the gas shut off tap is. Enter N/A if not applicable.
  • Please detail the location of the fuse board and anything we need to know about it in the event the electricity trips
  • Do you have a preferred electrician you wish to attend to any electrical issues? Please list their name and contact number if so.
  • Please describe in as much detail as possible the location of the wifi router and any troubleshooting tips you have.
